By accessing or using WANA, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use WANA.
If you use WANA on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
WANA is only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By using WANA, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are under 18 or based on inaccurate eligibility information.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; all activity occurring under your account, unless caused by our own fault; notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account in a way that circumvents these Terms.
WANA is a plans-first social platform designed to help adults build real-life friendships through local activities and group coordination.
WANA is not: a dating service; an event organizer; a transportation provider; a background-check or identity-guarantee service; a guarantor of user conduct or offline safety.
WANA provides digital tools that allow users to create plans, browse plans, request to join, host plans, communicate in groups, report concerns, and manage visibility/safety settings.
You agree to use WANA lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not: harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, exploit, or abuse others; publish hate content, discriminatory abuse, or unlawful content; post nudity, explicit sexual content, or sexual solicitation; impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; spam, scam, or promote unrelated commercial services without authorization; attempt to scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or automate access to WANA in an unauthorized manner; interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the service; use WANA in violation of applicable law.
We may monitor, review, remove, restrict visibility of, or disable access to content or accounts where reasonably necessary to: enforce these Terms and our community standards; respond to reports or apparent safety risks; comply with the law; protect users, WANA, or third parties.
WANA has zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive behavior, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual solicitation, exploitation, impersonation, scams, or conduct that creates a safety risk for other users. We may immediately remove content from the feed, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or permanently eject users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior.
We review safety and abuse reports as promptly as reasonably possible. Reports involving immediate safety risks, threats, exploitation, harassment, illegal content, or other serious concerns are prioritised. Review and response times may vary depending on the nature, complexity, and volume of the reports received.
Depending on the case, our actions may include: warning; content removal; reduced visibility or feature restrictions; temporary suspension; permanent termination.
Where legally required or reasonably appropriate, we may provide a short explanation of the action taken and a way to request review.
8.1 Hosts — If you create a plan, you are responsible for: providing accurate and not misleading plan information; managing join requests in good faith; communicating material changes, including time, meeting point, and cancellation; using host controls lawfully and responsibly. Hosts may accept or deny requests for lawful reasons, including safety, capacity, group fit, or the nature of the plan, but must not engage in unlawful discrimination.
8.2 Participants — If you request to join a plan, you agree to communicate respectfully and honestly. If you can no longer attend, you should notify the group as soon as reasonably possible.
8.3 Visibility and Group Chats — WANA may provide features such as capacity limits, request-closing, visibility controls, and group chats. Hosts control participation in their plans, subject to these Terms and to applicable law.
WANA facilitates introductions and coordination, but does not organize, supervise, or control in-person meetings.
When you meet other users offline, you do so at your own discretion and risk. Use common-sense safety measures, including meeting in public places, sharing plans with someone you trust, and leaving if you feel unsafe.
Reporting, blocking, moderation, and verification tools may reduce risk, but they do not eliminate risk and do not amount to a guarantee of safety or identity.
WANA provides tools to report content or accounts and to block other users.
Users can report plans, profiles, messages, or other inappropriate activity through WANA's in-app reporting tools or by contacting support@joinwana.app. Users can also block abusive users through in-app safety controls. Blocking helps prevent further unwanted interaction between users.
If you believe content, conduct, or an account violates these Terms or the law, you may report it through in-app tools or by emailing support@joinwana.app. We may prioritize safety-sensitive reports.
If we take moderation action affecting your content, account, or access, you may request review by contacting support@joinwana.app or through in-app support where available. We may refuse repetitive, abusive, or manifestly unfounded complaints.
Women's Circle is an optional, safety-oriented community feature that WANA may introduce in stages. It is currently marked as coming soon, and new verification applications are temporarily unavailable.
When the feature becomes available, access may require verification checks. Verification will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Access may be limited, refused, suspended, or removed where reasonably necessary for authenticity, safety, or misuse prevention.
Harassment, exploitation, intimidation, explicit sexual content, or misuse of Women's Circle is prohibited.
You retain ownership of the content you submit or post to WANA, including profile text, plan descriptions, messages, images, and similar content ("User Content").
You grant WANA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable (to the extent technically and legally possible), sublicensable only where needed for service providers, license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical purposes, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and provide the service.
You represent that: you have the rights necessary to post the content; the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge; the content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or the law.
The WANA service, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, and related intellectual property, belongs to WANA or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
Except as expressly allowed by us or by law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, decompile, or exploit WANA materials.
WANA may depend on or integrate with third-party providers such as hosting, notifications, analytics, app-store services, support systems, or verification tools. Your use of third-party products or platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
To the extent permitted by law, WANA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, or completely secure, or that any user will behave safely, honestly, or lawfully.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WANA is not liable for: User Content posted by users; user conduct; disputes between users; events, injuries, losses, or damages arising from offline meetings not organized or controlled by WANA.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is not permitted by law, including mandatory consumer protections and liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, WANA's total liability for direct damages arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid to use WANA in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, if any.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify WANA against third-party claims, losses, or costs arising directly from: your unlawful User Content; your intentional or negligent violation of these Terms; your unlawful misuse of the service.
This section applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and does not require you to indemnify WANA for losses caused by WANA's own fault.
We may suspend or terminate access to WANA, wholly or partly, where reasonably necessary because: you violate these Terms; there are serious safety concerns; we are required to do so by law; the service is being discontinued.
You may stop using WANA at any time. You may also request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that by nature survive termination, including rights relating to safety records, unresolved disputes, unpaid amounts, and lawful retention obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice in-app, by email, or by another appropriate method, and indicate the effective date.
If you continue using WANA after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
If you are a consumer in the EEA, you may also benefit from mandatory rights under the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring claims before the courts that applicable law allows.
Where a dispute may lawfully be brought only in a chosen forum, and subject always to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of Rome, Italy shall have jurisdiction.
